Jim Giddings
James Giddings is a senior I.T. consultant whose background includes seven years of quality assurance management and five years of project management. He possesses an ITIL Foundations certificate, and is a Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE). His client list is comprised of Fortune 500 companies in the insurance, telecommunications, and e-publishing industries. James has presented white papers on behalf of the Quality Assurance Institute (QAI) and the International Institute for Software Testing (IIST). At QAI’s 25th Anniversary Software Testing Conference, he spoke on Advanced Load-testing Design Using Windows Terminal Servers. His topic at IIST’s Practical Software Quality Testing Conference was Keys to Risk Management for SQA Managers. He is presently authoring a book on automated test lab design.
