The Chief Performance Officer (CPO) is an emerging role in organizations.  Serving as a focal point for all metrics, the CPO must be able to provide, timely, correct, relevant and actionable metrics to the all levels of the organization, executive through line manager.

 The CPO has a number of tools at his/her disposal including the analysis chain, a technique to analyzing, defining and delivering metrics.  Closely related to the strategy map, the analysis chain takes pragmatic approach to metrics and the building of automated systems to present the metrics.Drawn from over 10 years of combined research and actual case studies, this session will provide real actionable items for the attendee to apply on the job.In this session, you will learn the role of the CPO, the tools of the CPO including the analysis chains, and the critical success factors or any CPO program.
